Hi 2019!

2019 has already started and we have moved into a new office. Starting the new year with developing a new training program on diversity for the year first client. Feels good to start off with creating new exercises to have a more inclusive language.

2018 was a great year where we have helped, develop and wrote exercise materials, supported communication in multicultural teams and guided other teams through a destructive conflict. Always grateful to contribute and to learn from the participants we meet in our workshops. This year we continue to believe in the power of differences, bring people together and explore what is beyond the perspective of right and wrong.  We wish for less of categorizing into black or white and stereotyping and more of discovering of different worldviews and all shades of colors.
